Bridgecrest

Yesterday I received an email reminding me of my payment due on 11/4/16. I noticed before that I could schedule my payment ahead but never did so yesterday I decided to try it. I know for a fact that I chose the 4th as my date of withdraw Well today I check my bank account, as I do every day, and I see that Bridgecrest has attempted to withdraw from my bank account already! This has now caused an overdraft in my account. My first call was to my bank and they processes a stop pay which cost me $20 instead of the $35 overdraft fee. I then contacted Bridgecrest who told me that since I processed to payment on line there was nothing they could due. I told them over and over that I chose the withdraw date of the 4th but they said they have no way to verify that and again there was nothing they could do. If anyone else has had this happen I would love to know. I’m considering a class action lawsuit if there are more people out there.
