I HAVE BEEN AN ACURA CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED UNTIL NOW. RECENTLY, I SENT IN A LEASE PAYMENT IN WHICH MY BANK INDICATES ACURA RECEIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION. WHEN THE E-CHECK DID NOT CLEAR IN A FEW DAYS I IMMEDIATELY CALLED ACURA TO CONFIRM ACURA ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE CHECK. | UNFORTUNATLY, AFTER ALMOST THREE (3) HOURS ON THE PHONE, HEATHER AT ACURA FINANCIAL SERVICES REFUSED THE ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT MY PAYMENT WHILE AT THE SAME TIME REFUSING TO ADDRESS ANY POTENTIAL ADVERSE CREDIT REPORTING. HEATHER WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HER VERSION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TO TALK OVER THE CUSTOMER AND THEN TERIMATE THE CALL. SHE MADE NO EFFORT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. VERY DISAPPOINTING. THIS SORT OF CONDUCT FALLS FAR SHORT OF THE CALIBER OF EXCELLENCE ACURA CUSTOMERS DEMAND.
