This company is really awful to deal with. First I purchased an Avanti toaster oven, which died completely in 3 days. I could not remember who I purchased it from, so I ate the $50 loss. I then purchased a $200+ two zone wine cooler by Edgestar. It was then that I realized where I got the toaster oven, when I saw my previous order while tracking my shipment. By then it was too late. Within just a few months the top section stopped cooling. I contacted the company by e-mail, and they did not reply. After calling them, I was told that they would send me the part and I could put the “cooling node”” into the unit myself! Once they sent me the directions to do this
