Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Review

Here is the email chain of this train wreck of a deal that I am in the midst of. I purchased a truck, signed all documents. I brought the financing now they are trying to railroad me into bringing $800 and using their financing so they can make more money and will not return my calls. | | Mr. Weinzapsel: | I am following up on this email I sent you on 9/16 in reference to an issue I am having. I had a heated conversation with Tommy Lee on the evening of 9/11. He told me I needed to bring $800 to the dealership or bring the truck back with 24 hours. After getting hung up on, after I regrettably lost my temper with him, I spoke with your F&I Director (I have forgotten her name). We had a long discussion about the situation and she told me she would get it straightened out he next day and call me back. I never received a call. I figured it was a busy day selling cars so I left her a voicemail on 9/21 to see if the situation was resolved. I have not heard back from her. I’d like somebody to let me know in writing that the situation has been resolved. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and have contacted an attorney to speak about the situation. I would like to be able to go to sleep without worrying whether the truck will still be in my driveway in the morning. | Again, I brought the financing into the dealership. I signed all of the necessary documents to execute my loan. It was approved by the lender. I agreed to pay $995 of the lender’s fee to offset the dealership’s loss. I have no idea why Mr. Lee is claiming I owe $800 more dollars. I also verified with my lender that the fee has not changed from when I signed paperwork on 9/2. | I would appreciate your assistance with this situation as soon as possible. | Thank you.
