I bought on a pair of Nike with a very competitive price. After 2 weeks I received a pair of shoes completely different from that one that I paid for. They declared that the value of the item was 10$ when I paid 80$. I tried to write to their customer service to understand how to handle the problem. At the beginning they told me that it wasn’t their fault, but the shipper’s fault. After 2 weeks, it was clear that they weren’t doing anything to solve the problem. I asked them how to send back the item in order to be able to have back my money; they never gave me instructions to do that. They replied that I could hold the wrong item and they would have guaranteed me an extra 30% discount on my next purchase.
