Fitoru shouldn’t even get one star. I bought a 90 day supply because there was a discount. I opened three bottles and they made me sick. I talked to my doctor and I was advised not to take them. I am on other medication that these pills didn’t work well with. I have been trying to return them for months now. I was given a return number to put on the package but the package came back. Since then I have been told so many different things and keep getting the run around. I was told by a physician not to take them and they don’t even take that in consideration. I have sent message after message. I have some of the messages saved but the ones that I received through messenger have been deleted since I had to download the app again. I have never had this much trouble with a company. It has been very frustrating and Fitoru is so unprofessional. I called customer service and it was a joke. I was told I would get a call this morning after being on hold which seemed like forever. I never received a phone call. Tried to call again and get a recording. I am just wanting a full refund for products I wasn’t able to take. It has been a headache and seems to be a big scam. I have asked to speak to a manager and have been unable too.
