I have had conversations with the towing company on 4 separate occasions attempting to get a receipt for a tow so I can be reimbursed by my insurance company. While being assured each time that a copy would be mailed out to me the following day – it has not happened. I am unable to verify the charges – ex. the hookup fees and the distanced traveled. Obviously at this point while I was originally just trying to get the receipt for reimbursement, I am now concerned that the charges were inappropriate and that is why a simple request has been repeatedly denied!! Minimally this is horrible customer service and I would highly recommend using different a towing company – this hassle which would be simple to resolve reflects extremely poorly on the company.
