I have lended on two seperate projects in New Orleans LA. They requested a loan modification, deferring the monthly interest payment to a one time payment at the close of escrow. The first payment was short by $25,000. Aaron fradulently gave the escrow office the wrone payoff, you can verify this with Jason Hernandez at Crescent Title. The second property ended up in litigation. Greg Pulver is a con honest liar, stay away from these guys. I have other victims that have suffered the same fate. Both are malignent cancers that need to be lopped off.
