Everyone avoid the company Le-Vel like the plague. I made an order at 6:52 am EST this morning. Realized I didn’t activate credits towards the order. Sent a message to support at 6:56 am EST to cancel that order and received a response at 10:20am EST saying the order has been filled and has left the warehouse and my only option would be to return the order and lose 10% of my money due to a “restocking fee”. They are telling me that within 4 minutes my order was processed and out of the warehouse in Utah when it was 7am here on the east coast. Doesn’t seem legal to me that you do not allow an order to be cancelled without expressing anywhere that that is the case. They do not have a number to call, only a Cloud support system so even the bank has no way to get ahold of them.
